Your first week

Start small. Keep what is useful.

You do not need a perfect diary. Begin with one relevant entry, revisit it, and decide whether this way of keeping a personal record fits your day.

Each Android app is a separate £0.99 monthly subscription in the UK. An eligible seven-day trial is a subscription that renews unless cancelled, not a free download of every feature forever. Check your local offer and renewal date in Google Play before confirming.

Step 1

Before subscribing

Review the Google Play price, trial eligibility and renewal date. No CuraeVita account is required. Restore purchases if you already have an active subscription on the same Play account.

Step 2

Make one entry

Choose a record below. Enter only information you want to keep, then check that the saved entry is correct. Recording a prescribed routine is not a prompt to change treatment.

Step 3

Revisit your history

Look back at the entries you made. Optional local reminders can help if you want them; notifications and other optional permissions are not a reason to record more than you need.

Step 4

Explore a PDF report

Find the PDF report control in the app settings and choose 30 days, 90 days or all history. With only a few entries, the report will be limited. Preview it before deciding whether to save or share it.

Step 5

Ask for help if needed

If a control is unclear, contact support with the app version, Android version and what happened. Do not send a full diary, private report or medical details to give ordinary product feedback.

Step 6

Choose before renewal

Check the actual renewal date in Google Play, not a day number in this guide. If the app is not useful to you, cancel before renewal. Uninstalling alone does not cancel the subscription.

GLP-1 Companion

Your first injection record

  1. Use the dose log to record the date, medicine, dose and site from your prescribed routine.
  2. Add a short observation only if useful. Do not change a dose because of a diary or reminder.
  3. Revisit the record before your next appointment. Weight and photos are optional.

Menopause Companion

Your first symptom check-in

  1. Record only the symptoms that stood out, rather than completing every field.
  2. If you use prescribed HRT, add your own treatment record. Weight tracking is optional.
  3. Keep questions for your clinician separate from any treatment decisions.

ADHD Companion

Your first daily check-in

  1. Add a prescribed medication if relevant, or choose that you do not take medication during setup.
  2. Record focus, mood or energy and the time of your observation.
  3. The pattern view shows your entries, not a calculated medication level or dose recommendation.

Gut Companion

Your first meal or digestive entry

  1. Record a meal or a digestive check-in with its date and time.
  2. Add only details you want to revisit. You do not need to log everything you eat.
  3. Meals and symptoms appearing together do not prove a food caused a symptom. Do not start an elimination diet on the basis of the app.

Migraine Companion

Your first attack record

  1. When practical, record an attack and the details you remember. A diary must not delay care.
  2. Record medicines only according to your own treatment plan, with your observations of response.
  3. Weather lookup is optional. You can keep a record without sharing location.
